| I acknowledge that I have submitted a quote on a customized PICC kit for my vehicle. I understand that this Request for a Quote does not commit me to purchasing the kit, but it puts me in line to let HYDROPLAZ know that I would like a quote on the cost for a kit for my vehicle as soon as that is possible. I also understand that kits are custom made and that HYDROPLAZ plans to have the most requested model kits made first. The timing of this quote will be based upon the make and model of my car, and could take some time. I do not need to send any money in with my request in advance of receiving this quote. I will merely fill out the information below and submit it to HYDROPLAZ. When I receive the quote, it will give me the price and the delivery time for my kit, but I am under no obligation to purchase the kit.
