Note Important Information For New Car Owners Regarding Vehicle Manufacturer Warranties:
Most car dealers will tell you that the addition of a performance enhancing part after purchase will void the warranty on the vehicle. This is not necessarily true, contrary to popular belief. Since the extra Hydrogen enriches the fuel and burns easily, plus the addition of pure oxygen displacing some of the air actually increases the octane value, the higher quality of the fuel mixture does no harm to the engine.
Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act US Code-Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312 (15 U.S.C. 2302 C). |
